Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onions and chard and fry gently. If the mangold stalks are soft, add the garlic and the ham and fry briefly. Remove the mass from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Put some slices of tomato on the prebaked ground, then spread the chopped gorgonzola on top. Then add the chard, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the remaining tomato slices on top. Finally, pour the whisked eggs over it.
Bake the quiche at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes. Serve warm with a mixed salad.
